Which room do you need?
Not all meetings are the same, so we offer four formats:
- Room S — up to 3 people. Interviews, video calls or 1-to-1 meetings. From €20/h.
- Room M — up to 8 people. Team or client meetings. From €35/h.
- Room G — up to 16 people. Training, workshops and work sessions. From €45/h.
- Multipurpose room — up to 50 people. Events, presentations and conferences. From €90/h.
What each room includes
When you rent a room at B58 there are no surprise “extras”. All of them include:
- High-speed WiFi and symmetrical fibre.
- Air conditioning (heating and cooling).
- Projector or screen on request for presentations.
- Access to the kitchen and coffee area.
- Natural light and a quiet environment.
In the multipurpose room, you can also add catering and video services for your events.
By the hour or for a full day
The beauty of renting a room is flexibility: you only pay for the time you use. For a short meeting, one or two hours. For a training session or a full work day, the full-day rate works out better than adding up individual hours. If you have a recurring need, we can put together a tailored proposal.
Also for external clients (and perks for members)
You don’t need to be a B58 member to rent a room: they’re open to everyone. That said, if you’re a coworking member with a fixed-desk plan, you get a preferential rate and 8 room hours included every month.

Yes. The rooms are open to external clients. Members get a preferential rate and included hours.

From €20/h for the small room, up to €90/h for the multipurpose room (up to 50 people). Full-day bookings get a reduced rate.
